Every product we sell undergoes rigorous third party testing to be certain our items meet all relevant CPSC (Consumer Products Safety Commission) federal regulations and standards, as well as the regulations and standards of every USA state and locality. This testing and compliance extends to other countries and their many jurisdictions where we offer our products, too.
What this means is Teetot employs an independent testing lab who conducts product testing free of Teetot’s influence, according to the legal safety requirements of each country we sell to. Only after the independent testing lab issues official certification of the item’s safety for Children do we ship.

We get this question a lot. Sometimes we do have small quantities of back stock. If you’re looking for a specific Teetot item please send us a photo of the item and the size you hope to find. We’ll scour our inventory and get back to you if it’s possible to send the item. This process might take a little longer that our usual same or next day turnaround.
Teetot pledges that everything we ship will arrive in perfect condition and conform to all photos and product descriptions. If items arrive otherwise we will refund or replace the full item and cover all costs of shipping. Customers have 7 days after receipt of goods to advise Teetot of any problems. You’ll be led through the steps of how to box up, ship back and explain the reason for the item return. Once received back at Teetot we’ll issue a full refund or send a new item out to you the same or next business day. Please be sure to include your original order receipt. We use UPS Ground who usually take 3-4 business days from the time of shipment till it arrives on your step.
At this time no we do not offer expedited shipping. The reason is that all our items are shipped for free.
We typically ship online orders by the next business day after your order is placed.

Teetot was the name of an Australian Shepherd rescue pup, a childhood companion of our company’s owner, Jeff. Teetot showed up – in disguise and in cameos – in much of our early catalogue photography. Teetot & Company Inc. seems like the right name for us!
