Shipping, Returns, and Refund Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If we are unable to fulfill an order because of unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are currently only available for delivery to addresses in the United States, US Territories, or APO addresses. Any shipments outside of the United States and its territories are subject to review. Customers outside of the United States must contact us by using the contact form on the homepage to make special arrangements for international shipping prior to purchasing any products.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to carrier error, inclement weather, or customer information errors.
Shipping costs are dependent on which items you select. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately by using the contact form on the teetot.com homepage.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. teetot.com is not responsible for items lost in transit back to us during a return. It is highly recommended to ship items in a traceable manner and with insurance.
